Greg is a highly skilled and experienced and GOsC registered osteopath with a passion for helping people recover from injuries and manage chronic pain. He has a broad range of qualifications in various therapeutic modalities, including osteopathy, sports massage, Bowen technique, medical acupuncture and medicinal leech therapy. He has been working in the health and wellness sector since 2012 and has a wealth of hands-on experience treating athletes and non-athletes alike.

As a former ice hockey player, Greg has first-hand experience with the demands that high-intensity sports can place on the body. Through the use of osteopathy, sports massage, and Bowen technique, he was able to recover from his own injuries and return to the sport he loves. This experience solidified his desire to become a therapist and help others achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

Greg is known for his unique treatment approach, which combines various modalities to achieve the best therapeutic results. He is constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and understanding of the human body, touch, neuroscience, and pain, with the goal of further developing his own effective therapeutic style. He is currently studying the Wim Hof and Buteyko breathing methods and cold exposure, as he believes that proper breathing and exposure to external stimuli are essential for human health and wellbeing.

As a practitioner, Greg specializes in working with athletes from a wide range of sports, including running, boxing, football, dancing, swimming, hockey, and bodybuilding. However, he also treats patients from non-sport backgrounds and aims to provide bespoke treatment tailored to the individual needs of each patient
